The ad is for sexual abuse against women. There is a naked women lying in the bed with legs wide apart. They have actually stuck two middle pages so that the two legs join together. If you want to read the message you have to actually tear it apart, which actually makes the legs wide apart. It represents the crude activity of the rapists.
that Ad just tells the message just like a powerful slap right at your face...
