What a brilliant usage of the medium! Grey, the agency behind this stunning Guerilla in India is ready to reap metals. The effort for Childcare, India aims to help more than 20 Million Indian Children who beg on the streets each day.Soooper!
absolutely brilliant. is there any stats abut how this one worked and what it brought in. i'm sorry i sound like a bean counter. i ain't one, if that's any comfort, but i sure would like to know.
very cool say what an idea can you give me more info on where to get that "push him" sticker to post at my mothers store in dallas texas johnyruegas@yahoo.com
well, pretty good, but lets take the full scope into account:
what does the back of the ad look like? is it actually the back of the kid or just some white?
this makes an impression from the perspective that we are first seeing it, but if you to see it in real life, it would be this "back that i speak of that you would actually see first.
Also, what stores would actually agree to have this on their door? Glass doors only come in expensive places, and expensive places want you to put you money in their store, not think about starving children.
So again, pretty cool, but no one has commented on the parts that dont make so much sense; artistic, but not too practical
Whatever, this is just another case of minorities tooting their own horns in an attempt to get a hand out. Singularity under the banner of affirmative action such as this is detrimental to the thought of unity and a sense of "one people." Why aren't we raising money for the impoverished Chinese and Nigerian children with this campaign? Why not help all the children of the world? If those Indian kids wanted jobs, they could go make my Nikes.
Minorities and affirmative action have absolutely nothing to do with this situation. Indians might be minorities in the US or UK or wherever else, but certainly not in India. These are simply poor children. Providing for their welfare has nothing to do with affirmative action.
We could raise money for other kids, but you have to start somewhere and these guys shouldn't be faulted for focusing on local concerns.
Actually, this has absolutely nothing to do with either minorities or affirmative action. Indians might be minorities to us in the US/UK/wherever, but this is a charitable organization operating within India, and so has nothing to do with minority politics. The organization has nothing to do with affirmative action in that it's only raising funds/awareness on behalf of poor children. That is distinct from advocating that they be given preferential treatment.
Yes we could be helping out Chinese/Nigerian children, but that doesn't mean we should blame this organization for starting small and focusing on a local concern.
great idea.. any idea who is behind all this and where did this ad appear. the number plate of the car infront tells that the place might be in bangalore.
